In today’s increasingly global, knowledge-intensive and dynamic economy, to be a world-class company, you need to be capable of sustained innovation. Flawless execution is no longer enough. Even amongst seasoned executives, though, there is little understanding of what actually happens during the innovation process, let alone how to build a company capable of sustained innovation. Professor Hill is currently writing a book, Collective Genius, on the connection between leadership and innovation. The book is based on over a decade of in-depth research at some of the world’s most innovative companies. |

In this Catalyst Initiative, you’ll learn what it takes to build a company capable of sustained innovation. The key is to insure your organization is both willing and able to innovate. Professor Hill will focus in particular on the “able” piece of the puzzle. With early access to the Collective Genius research, companies will learn about the three organizational capabilities needed for sustained innovation. Professor Hill will offer rich case examples from innovative companies in different industries and countries. She will also help companies assess their innovation capacity and show them what it takes to build the innovation capacity. |
