	Sylvia Ann Hewlett and Lauren Leader-Chivée from the Center for Talent Innovation (formerly Center for Work-Life Policy) will present their latest research on two topics of high-interest to large, global organizations: women in emerging markets and sponsorship.
	The day will include vivid case studies showcasing the cutting-edge work global companies are doing to cultivate, engage and retain critically important female talent in emerging markets.
	In addition, Sylvia and Lauren will describe how forward-thinking companies around the world are nurturing sponsorship through initiatives that create the networks that seed sponsorship, teach senior leaders to be effective sponsors, and enrich the pipeline of future leaders.
	Participants will understand what’s happening at the cutting-edge in terms of implementation and how companies develop and roll out female talent initiatives.
