Catalyst's longitudinal research project, The Promise of Future Leadership: Highly Talented Employees in the Pipeline, investigates the factors impacting the retention and advancement of high potential employees around the world. By surveying MBA graduates—a proxy for high potential employees—from 26 leading business schools in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia, and following them over time, we have been systematically uncovering the barriers women face in the pipeline from the moment they graduate from school.
