arrow As Amazon’s Jeff Bezos remarked: “A brand isn’t about what you say … it’s about what you do.” Over the last three years, Nader has helped lead the joint faculty-and-staff “Vision & Values” project team that set out to align the 3Bs at London Business School. The aim of this project was to achieve alignment of the 3Bs – business, brand, and behaviour − to set a new brand strategy and to drive internal change in order to deliver this across functions. This project was based on the premise that the most powerful brands have built and/or leveraged an organisational culture that underpins their brand. This creates an authentic experience that leads to a difficult to imitate competitive advantage both with target “customers” and in the proverbial “war for talent” for both faculty and staff. Nader will illustrate these ideas by taking you through the London Business School’s unique journey, warts and all! It is a journey that started by engaging all stakeholders in extensive data gathering, in defining a new vision and values for the school, to rolling it out internally and externally.

What are ICEDR Webinars?
Short for "web based seminars", webinars are used by ICEDR to deliver meetings and presentations over video-conferencing. They are company-to-company benchmarking and mutual learning on selected topics of interest to our partners.

Who attends the Webinars?
Participation in these events is open to all levels in the organization.
