Learning Objectives

	This is a session on helping you change things. How can you get your spouse to stop working on his or her electronic device when driving? How can you convince your technical salespeople to sell business solutions not hardware? On one hand, these are very different changes on different levels of analysis.
	On the other hand, all change efforts have something in common: Someone has to start moving their arms and legs and mouth in new ways. Your spouse needs to lock his or her device in the trunk when getting in the car. Your sales team needs to start asking clients questions about how they can help the client win.
	All change efforts boil down to the same mission: Can you get people to start behaving in a new way?
	The goal of this session is to learn a change framework that is based on decades of scientiﬁc research and changing people’s behavior, so that you: understand why some changes are successful but most are not, and have a flexible framework and set of tools that you can apply to yourself and your colleagues in the quest to become better.
