What Is an ICEDR Forum?
At these semiannual meetings, you engage with ICEDR members in dynamic
discussions on topics selected in advance by ICEDR's corporate and business
school partners. World-class thought leaders present specially commissioned
practical papers that both enrich Forum discussions and help participants
apply "lessons learned" back home within your organizations. Participants are
designated ICEDR member representatives and their invited colleagues.
What Is the HRD Leadership Program?
This series of programs develops member companies' high-potential HRD,
executive, and organization development managers. It is offered 2-3 times per
year in various locations around the world. The Leadership Program is
designed for individuals who are one or two moves away from the top HRD job
in their organizations. Program participants are selected by each company's
designated ICEDR member representative.
What is a Leadership Seminar?
Leadership Seminars promote company-to-company benchmarking and mutual learning
on selected topics of special interest to ICEDR members. These peer learning
sessions are highly interactive, and you are encouraged to share your organization's
approach-what works, and what doesn't work. These sessions are offered 2-3 times
per year in various locations around the world. Participation is open to all
ICEDR member organizations.
