As Managing Director of Quest, ICEDR's global leadership institute for early career women (current) and Deputy Leader of Deloitte Consulting’s National Diversity & Inclusion Service Offering (former), Christie has helped organizations across industries and sectors recruit, retain and advance the next generation of women leaders. Her clients have included Fortune 100 companies, Big 4 professional services firms, national government entities, leading talent research bodies and Ivy League institutions. Her work has spanned geographies – including, North America, South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Bermuda and the Caribbean.
On the research front, Christie broke new ground as one of the first Rhodes Scholars to pursue a Master’s Degree in Women’s Studies at the University of Oxford, where she researched women and gendered leadership styles. Christie completed a second Master’s degree in Comparative Social Policy, focused on the impact of family-friendly policies on women’s participation in the workforce. Christie’s research and writing have been featured by the World Economic Forum, London Business School Review, Forbes, Diversity Executive, Bersin by Deloitte, Thinkers50 and the Rhodes Project, among others.
Christie received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Brown University, where she studied gender and race relations, and a certificate of Distinction in General Management from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. In 2014, Christie received her coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and was selected as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. In 2016, Christie was appointed to the Millennial Advisory Board for the Women’s Foodservice Forum of North America.
